Ben's Soft Pretzels prides themselves in their special brand of outstanding customer service they call "Strive For Five." They hired me to help make sure their dozens of new franchise owners could expertly replicate "Strive For Five" in all their stores nationwide. They also needed to make sure new employees knew how to expertly make and bake their pretzel products with absolute consistency.
I was able to bring quality video and animated graphics together with my experience in process analysis to produce watchable training videos that were as entertaining as they were effective.
